Zachary Hale

Nurse Practitioner

Zachary Hale, APRN is a certified nurse practitioner. He earned a Master of Science in Nursing from Cedarville University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Miami University in Oxford, OH. He specializes in health promotion, chronic disease management, sick visits, and well child checks.

Zach enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, serving at his local church, and spending quality time with his wife, son and friends.
